The purpose of The Forge Conference is to create opportunities for Jr High students to make their faith their own, instead of relying on their parents’ or youth pastor’s faith, our aim is to encourage and equip them to create their own personal relationship with God and jump-start their desire to seek Jesus Christ in all aspects of their lives. It will be a weekend of inspiring and entertaining messages in the three main sessions, deep discussions in the breakout session and small group time, and great food and fun activities.
Who: Jr High kids – 6th, 7th, 8th
When: meet at the church at 5:30 pm Friday, Oct 25th and return at 5:30 pm on Saturday, Oct. 26th. (Ben will be driving the church van)
Deadline: Sunday, Oct 13th
Cost: $20 (plus $10 extra if you want a FORGE t-shirt- Deadline Oct 14th for ordering)
Bring: bedding (sleeping bag or the like,) pillows, toiletries, etc.
